    Amdocs main products center around "Customer Experience Systems" (CES), first introduced as CES 7.5 in January 2008. CES comprise a broad product and service suite which includes software solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer self-services, business support systems (BSS) and operational support systems (OSS).

    In January 2010, Amdocs released Customer Experience Systems 8. Amdocs CES 8 delivered new feature sets and business process automation in order to help enable service providers to run leaner while also adding new multi-channel flexibility to help better operate in a more connected world where it's predicted that by 2017 more than seven trillion devices will require support, bandwidth and new business models.

    Amdocs CES 8 exposes network, IT and data assets to a growing ecosystem of content and developer partners. The software portfolio drives personalized and simple customer experiences by better concealing the complexities of new applications and devices from the end user, while also helping service providers run lean and agile customer service operations.
