Prior to Vantive, Chuck was founder and CEO of Aplicor, a global software publisher of on-demand CRM and ERP cloud computing business applications designed for global middle market organizations. Prior to Aplicor, Chuck was the CEO of Cinergi Consulting, a management consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles which provided IT advisory and implementation services for SAP, Oracle and Microsoft business systems. Cinergi was recognized as a global niche leader before being acquired by IMRglobal (NYSE:IMR). Prior to Cinergi, Chuck was the CEO of FSC, an information systems consulting firm focused on business software implementations for global mid-market and enterprise organizations and was ultimately acquired by Analysts International Corp (Nasdaq:ANLY).

Chuck is a certified ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Certified Project Manager (CPM) and has been appointed as a U.S. Malcome Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner in order to enhance the competitiveness, quality and productivity of U.S. organizations and act as ambassador for the Baldrige National Quality Program. Chuck was previously a member of Governor Jeb Bush's ITFlorida (facilitator with the Governor, Legislature and other public policy bodies regarding the technology issues impacting state business) and continues some participation. Chuck's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Chuck is periodically quoted in industry periodicals, and in the year prior to Vantive Media was referenced in Computerworld, CXO Magazine, Network World, Forbes, Inc. magazine and the Wall Street Journal. Also in that prior period Chuck enjoyed interviews with industry media such as Beagle Research, IDG Computer News, CRM Today , CNN Sky Radio, Aberdeen Group, TMC and others.
